2. Account Responsibility
You agree to:

- Be responsible for all activities under your account
3. Use of Services
Zenpey provides airtime, data, and bill payment services. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes.
4. Wallet Usage
- Zenpey provides a wallet system for storing funds
- Users can fund their wallet to perform transactions
- Wallet balances are non-interest bearing
- Users are responsible for confirming transaction details before payment
- Zenpey is not responsible for losses due to incorrect input (e.g. wrong phone number)
5. Payments & Transactions
- All successful transactions are final and non-reversible
- Failed transactions may be reversed after confirmation from service providers
- Processing time may vary depending on third-party providers
6. Cashback & Rewards
- Cashback is issued based on promotional rules or LaunchPool programs
- Cashback is strictly for in-app use
- Cashback cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or converted to cash
7. Service Availability
Zenpey depends on third-party providers to deliver services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for delays or failures caused by providers.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform
- Use false or misleading information
9. Limitation of Liability
Zenpey is not liable for:
- Errors made by users during transactions
- Service failures from third-party providers
- Temporary platform downtime
10. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Zenpey means you accept the updated Terms.
